Maison is the controller of the personal data you share when you browse or buy from this store. We use it to fulfil your order, take payment, provide support, and — only with your consent — for analytics and marketing. Card details are entered directly on Stripe and are never stored by us.
What we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, and the content of messages you send us (including over WhatsApp).
Collected automatically: order history, pages viewed, device/browser info, IP address, and cookie identifiers.
Payment: handled securely by Stripe; we receive only a confirmation, the last 4 digits, and the card brand.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order and take payment (to perform our contract with you).
For customer service, including WhatsApp replies within the 24-hour service window.
For business-initiated WhatsApp messages (offers, reminders) only if you have opted in — you can opt out anytime.
For analytics and marketing only with your consent (see our Cookie Policy).
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed — by default about 365 days after your last interaction, longer where law requires (e.g. tax). After that it is securely deleted or anonymised automatically.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to the relevant authority. Contact us to exercise any right.
Who we share it with
Vetted providers under data-processing terms: Stripe (payments), Kapso and Meta (WhatsApp), Amazon Web Services (hosting, email, storage), and AI providers for content assistance. We do not sell your data.
