Products & pricing

Prices are shown in the store currency and include or exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

For gold and precious-metal items, the price is locked at the moment of order based on the live rate; later rate movements do not change your total.

Handmade jewellery may vary slightly from images — this is normal.

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy, accepted when we confirm or ship it. Payment is taken securely via Stripe. We may cancel and refund if an item is unavailable or a pricing error is found.

Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery estimates and shipping fees are shown at checkout; risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns are accepted per the store’s return policy (custom or engraved items may be non-returnable). Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

Liability & law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the item; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the applicable local law and courts of the store’s jurisdiction.
